Anti-Spam Policy (CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 & GDPR)

Effective Date: September 16, 2026 • Version 3.1 • Document ID: APX-POL-SPAM-2026

Enterprise Zero-Tolerance Mandate

ApexPay Financial Technologies Inc. operates an unequivocal zero-tolerance standard against unsolicited commercial electronic mail (spam). Every message dispatched through our systems conforms strictly to the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 7).

1 Strict Verified Opt-In Consent Protocol

ApexPay strictly forbids sending unsolicited emails. We never purchase, lease, harvest, scrape, aggregate, or borrow email lists from third-party brokers. You will only receive electronic communications from ApexPay under the following verified conditions:

  • You have explicitly submitted your email address through an authorized, authenticated form on our domain (https://apexpay.io).
  • You have checked the mandatory affirmative consent checkbox agreeing to receive transactional and operational notices.
  • Our mail distribution lists are maintained exclusively on dedicated cloud infrastructure with real-time audit logging of consent timestamps and IP references.

2 Immediate One-Click Automated Unsubscribe (RFC 8058)

We respect your inbox and your permanent right to withdraw consent. Every outgoing informational or product message dispatched by ApexPay includes:

// Machine-Readable Unsubscribe Headers
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:unsubscribe@apexpay.io?subject=unsubscribe_token_88912>, <https://apexpay.io/unsubscribe?token=...>
List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click
  • Single-Click Mechanism: Every message contains a clearly visible, functional unsubscribe hyperlink in the footer that requires zero login credentials or secondary obstacles to execute.
  • Native Mailbox Integration: Machine-readable headers enable native one-click suppression buttons directly in Apple Mail, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Yahoo Mail.
  • Instant Processing: While the CAN-SPAM Act permits up to 10 business days to honor opt-out requests, ApexPay processes all unsubscribe commands instantly within automated suppression databases (under 60 seconds).

3 Truth in Headers, Routing & Physical Address Disclosure

In strict conformance with Section 5 of the CAN-SPAM Act:

  • Accurate Header Information: We never use deceptive, false, or misleading "From", "To", "Reply-To", or domain mapping headers. Outgoing emails clearly indicate transmission from @apexpay.io or designated subdomains.
  • Transparent Subject Lines: Subject headers accurately reflect the content of the message and never mislead regarding financial transactions, prizes, or account status.
  • Physical Postal Address: In compliance with federal law, every outgoing communication displays our registered corporate headquarters:
